　さて、表題の件、メーカーである IMPINJI JAPAN 社より、Speedyway の PCN 通知（製品変更通知）がございました。 PCN の主な内容は、長期の生産可能性を高めることを目的とした基盤等の一部変更となりますが、製品の外形・機能・性能等に変更はございません。
　また、この変更に伴い、Speedyway のファームウェアバージョンにつきましては、6.0 より以前のバージョンへのダウングレードができなくなるため、以下の対応をさせて頂きます。ご理解の程、宜しくお願い申し上げます。

Impinj Speedway Reader and Gateway Hardware PCBA and HLA Update

Dear Customer,

Impinj is updating the Speedway reader and gateways printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) and high level assemblies (HLA). The PCBA and HLA updates do not change the product form, fit or function. Product performance is unchanged. The updates support long-term manufacturability.

Impinj will gradually transition production to the updated PCBAs and HLAs starting May 1, 2019, with complete transition anticipated by summer of 2020. Transition timing will vary by product. Impinj will ship both current and updated PCBA and HLA during the transition period.

The future PCBA and HLA revisions require Octane 6.0 firmware or higher. Earlier versions of Octane firmware will not install on the future revisions. Octane 6.0 firmware will install on current PCBA and HLA revisions.

The table on page 2 lists the current and future PCBA and HLA revisions by product part number. The PCBA and HLA numbers are printed on the label attached to each product. The PCBA number is also available via the web UI and the Octane LLRP ImpinjDetailedVersion parameter.
